In line with our commitment to sustainability through our Project Terra, we are pleased to announce that Project Terra will be developed in Malaysia.
The formation of Project Terra within Malaysia will establish Malaysia as the distinct market leader for sustainable seaborne tourism within the Southeast Asia region. Malaysia’s central location within Southeast Asia, diverse cultures, international hub for various economic sectors bring vast gravitas for this project to grow at scale and pace.
It is our great honor to have Dato' Haji Mohd Abdul Aziz Bin Mohamed as the Chairman for the Malaysian entity of Project Terra. Official name of the entity will be announced in due course.

Dato' Haji Mohd Abdul Aziz Bin Mohamed, a distinguished Managing Director and Chairman at CAF Capital Berhad and a visionary leader steering JPC Builders Sdn Bhd. Hailing from the vibrant town of Bachok, Kelantan, his educational odyssey commenced locally, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in Sharia and Law, with a specialization in Islamic economics from Al-Azhar University.
During his tenure at Al-Azhar, Dato' Haji Mohd Abdul Aziz Bin Mohamed's brilliance transcended mere academic pursuits. He actively contributed to the realm of Islamic economics, enlightening university staff, orchestrating courses, and delving into impactful research, thus etching an indelible mark on the field.
Beyond his corporate obligations, Dato' Haji Mohd Abdul Aziz Bin Mohamed remains steadfastly dedicated to community service. His advisory roles in esteemed organizations, such as the Federal Territory Military Veterans Association and the Malaysian Road Users Association, underscore his unwavering commitment to societal well-being. Additionally, as the Vice President of the Overseas University ALUMNI Organization, he serves as a dedicated liaison to the global alumni community.
Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Dato' Haji Mohd Abdul Aziz Bin Mohamed dedicated a decade to civil service within the Prime Minister's Department, focusing on Islamic affairs. This rich experience underscores his unwavering commitment to public service and the advancement of society.
